CONNECT — Night 1

Read:

Scripture (BSB): Isaiah 6:1
1 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord seated on a throne, high and exalted; and the train of His robe filled the temple.

Talk:

  • What does God’s holiness reveal about His authority over our marriage?
  • How does seeing God clearly shape how we treat each other?

Pray:
Thank God for ruling over your marriage with wisdom and love.


ENCOUNTER — Night 2

Read:

Scripture (BSB): Isaiah 6:2-3
2 Above Him stood seraphim, each having six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying.
3 And they were calling out to one another: “Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of Hosts; all the earth is full of His glory.”

Talk:

  • Why is it important to worship God together?
  • How does worship realign our hearts as a couple?

Pray:
Praise God together for His holiness.


ANCHOR — Night 3

Read:

Scripture (BSB): Isaiah 6:5
5 Then I said: “Woe is me, for I am ruined, because I am a man of unclean lips dwelling among a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, the LORD of Hosts.”

Talk:

  • Why is confession important in our relationship with God and each other?
  • Where do we need humility as a couple?

Pray:
Confess sins silently or aloud and receive God’s forgiveness.


RESPOND — Night 4

Read:

Scripture (BSB): Isaiah 6:6-7
6 Then one of the seraphim flew to me, and in his hand was a glowing coal that he had taken with tongs from the altar.
7 And with it he touched my mouth and said: “Now that this has touched your lips, your iniquity is removed and your sin is atoned for.”

Talk:

  • How does God’s forgiveness shape how we forgive each other?
  • What does grace look like in our marriage right now?

Pray:
Thank God for His grace and ask for hearts shaped by forgiveness.


SEND — Night 5

Read:

Scripture (BSB): Isaiah 6:8
8 Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying: “Whom shall I send? Who will go for Us?” And I said: “Here am I. Send me!”

Talk:

  • How does being forgiven prepare us to serve God together?
  • What is one way we can respond to God as a couple this week?

Pray:
Ask God to guide your marriage in obedience and unity.
